PC Open Mount Project

This project's initial idea was proposed by my older brother who suggested me to design and 3D print mounts so that I could test my old high school computer parts without purchasing a new case. My brother and I collaborated on this project utilizing Autodesk Fusion 360 and the 3-in-1 Snapmaker 3D printer. I had worked with SolidWorks and 3D printers in the past, so I was quick to pickup Autodesk Fusion 360 and the Snapmaker user interface. This was a self-motivated project that happened over the course of a week outside of school and was a lot of fun. I had been wanting to rebuild and test my old high school computer against newer tech and see how it matched up. I purchased a Noctua fan to attach to my CPU motherboard in hopes that it would better combat the issue with the CPU overheating. Needless to say... my high school PC parts from 2015 struggled to even meet the same performance specs as my brother's DELL XPS15. This project strongly reinforced my time management skills as well as my ability to adjust to and pickup new programs.
